Since 2009 our company is certified with GLOBAL. G.A.P and ISO 22000.
In accordance with the conditions of the above mentioned systems, standard quality is ensured which satisfies the high standards of our customers. Moreover, the management system we implement – and which was designed according to the international standard ΕLOT ΕΝ ΙΣΟ 22000: 2005- aims at development, implementation, prevention and constant improvement in the field of fresh pleurotus mushroom production.
Main goal of the systems is the constant quality control of all the raw materials and the production process.
With the assurance of quality both for raw materials and the production process we achieve:

All the above give us the ability to respond successfully to the requirements of our customers.
Additionally, by measuring the performance of the company with indicators which are based on the criteria "quality", "safety", "hygiene" we achieve:

Our company has established, implements and sustains prerequisite programs which control:
- The possible creation of outsource risks for the products which may come from the working environment.
- The biological, chemical and natural contamination of the product due to cross contamination coming from possible erroneous production flow ,process or handling of the products from receipt to delivery.
- The risk levels in the product and in the production environment.
Our facilities are maintained in a way that ensures excellent hygiene conditions in order to exclude the possibility of product contamination. The correct implementation of Good Industry Practice is controlled by regular inspections.
Finally, we pay special attention to tracking and identification of finished products. With certainty at any time we are able to know the route of every pleurotus mushroom from the production of substrate to the delivery stage.
